Plus One Magazine is on the look out for a few spectacular people to join its existing team of writers/photographers in the LEEDS area.

You need to be:
Knowledgeable. We want people who know their onions and are prepared to review the new, weird, exciting and different
Creative. "It was busy.. I thought they were good and everyone left with big smiles on their faces" just won't do!
Reliable. Able to meet deadlines!

Over the last 10 years we have had a revolving team of like-minded people bringing interviews, album reviews and of course live reviews to Plus One Magazine. We need to build up our team of like minded enthusiasts now we are based in Leeds, having been established in Nottingham since 2003.

We are looking specifically for creative writers with a particular interest in the noise/punk rock side of things. So locally, think Blacklisters, Hookworms, Hawk Eyes etc.. Elsewhere, recent reviews have included the likes of Pissed Jeans, The Bronx, Metz, and Beard Of Wolves

There's always the possibility of interviewing some of the bands if you'd like to have a pre-gig chat. Also, we get access to albums for review purposes in advance of their release dates which we'll forward to you to review for us.
